Dr. Sushree Sangita Sahoo, (MBA, PH.D.) is a distinguished professor in the field of Human Resource. She has completed her Ph.D. from Fakir Mohan University, Balasore, Odisha.Dr. Sahoo has more than 13 years of experience as an educator and practitioner in the field of management. She has the experience of teaching diverse courses in the domain of Human Resource and General Management which include Organizational Behaviour, Management Principles, Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship Development, Human Resource planning, Compensation Management, Performance Management, Employee Relations etc. She has published more than 15 number of research papers in International & National Journals.She is presently working as an Associate Professor (HR) in United School of Business Management, Bhubaneswar.
